Maintenance and Repair

Reprotec offers two main ways of maintaining or repairing your scanning system:
Maintenance Contract
A maintenance contract with Reprotec ensures the best possible service. Your call will take precedence over all ad-hoc repairs and guarantees a 8hr response time. The maintenance contract covers call out fees, hourly rates, and all parts excluding consumables making it a very economic option. Please enquire for full details.
Ad-hoc Repair/Service
The second way Reprotec can offer to maintain your scanning system is an ad-hoc repair/service. With this option customers will receive the same quality of service as customers with maintenance contract however a slower response time should be expected as customers with contracts take precedence and all parts, labor and call out fee are chargeable.
Summary of Hardware Repair
Reprotec has a workshop that has been furnished with the specialist equipment required to service and repair scanning equipment to the highest standards. A full range of spares is kept ensuring that each job is dealt with promptly and economically. If you have a maintenance contract or an on-site repair is required then our engineers are dispatched with the equipment and spares required to complete the job with 99% of jobs being closed the same day.
Summary of Software Support
This applies to scanner and CD Robot software and drivers. Reprotec has extensive experience with numerous scanning systems and setups. With this experience and knowledge we are able to offer support and maintenance to customers. Support can either be given over the phone, by remote access or by on site visit.
